Did you know that World Menopause Day is on 18th October?

To mark this, we’re creating a relaxed space for women at Life Church to come together, learn about menopause, share experiences, and support one another with compassion and understanding.

Whether you’re noticing signs of peri‑menopause, navigating menopause itself, or are post‑menopause, every woman deserves to feel informed and supported through this natural stage of life.

We’re delighted that Dr Tola will be leading this session for us. Light refreshments will be available.
