Our vision is to be A CHURCH OVERFLOWING WITH THE LIFE OF GOD.
The prophet Ezekiel saw a vision of the river of life flowing from the temple of God (Ezekiel 47). Similarly, we see a church so filled with the life of Jesus that it flows outwards, bringing salvation and wholeness to the people and places around us.
PEOPLE
REACHING
Our vision is to be a CHURCH WITHOUT WALLS: missional to our core and reaching deep into our communities with Jesus’ love and grace. We don’t just want to ‘do’ church; we want to be the church.
We see a church that:

Is deeply engaged with global, national and local mission.

Is known as a source of love, life, care and blessing in our communities.

Equips and empowers people in sharing their faith, providing a range of opportunities for involvement in outreach and mission.

Provides regular opportunities for people to encounter Jesus through activities inside and outside of the church building.

Has excellent structures and systems in place that will be sustainable as the church grows.
DISCIPLES
RAISING
Our vision is to GROW WHOLE-HEARTED DISCIPLES.

We’re called to live as authentic followers of Jesus, where what people see on the outside represents the reality of who we are behind the scenes. We want to be whole-hearted in both senses of the phrase: people who are made whole in Jesus and go ‘all in’ for him. Our goal is to be a healthy church, providing an environment where everyone is protected, cared for and can grow and flourish.
We see a church that:

Is real, relatable and transparent.

Raises whole-hearted disciples who know Jesus deeply, are growing in his word and are ‘all in’ for his kingdom.

Is intentional about discipleship – helping every person take the next step on their journey.

Is a safe and healthy environment where people can grow.

Makes a way for people of all ages to be actively involved in the life of the church, giving them a voice and helping them grow and operate in their gifts.
GIFTING
RELEASING
Our vision is to EMPOWER PEOPLE TO SERVE - releasing gifting in and through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Like Jesus with his disciples, our goal is to trust, release and empower people in their God-given gifting. We see a church that doesn’t concentrate power but equips people to serve. We are passionate and intentional about developing and releasing leaders.
We see a church that:

Is inclusive and participative.

Makes room for the Spirit to move in power, releasing the full spectrum of gifts.

Helps every person identify, develop and operate in their God-given gifting.

Equips and empowers the next generation of leaders.

Actively prepares and releases people into their calling, ministry and mission.
