Women's Walk in Peak District

On Saturday the 19 th July we are going for a day trip to tackle the Manifold Valley and Thor’s

Cave in the Peak District and you are invited to join us.

Manifold Valley is a picturesque route that combines a climb up to Thor’s Cave which is a

well-known walk in the Peak District. This again will be a physical and demanding terrain

but will be both challenging and fun offering stunning views and lots of time to be together.

The walk itself is around 10 miles and will take approximately 5 - 6 hours to complete

including breaks and plenty of photo opportunities.

We are aiming to meet at Manifold Valley at 10.00am.

If you would like to join us, please let us know by 12 th July at the latest.

On the day you will need to bring: -

Packed lunch, plenty to drink

Sensible walking shoes

Sensible clothes (for all weather conditions)

A fully charged mobile phone
