Meet Chris

My name is Chris and I am married to Jess and we have a daughter named Sophia. I am a sales and Business Development Professional who has worked in various sales roles since my career began as a 16 year old. I come from a strong Christian family background with my Dad pastoring churches in Somerset and Birmingham.

Looking back at my life, I am really proud of my upbringing which has seen me in a church environment all my life and to which I am eternally thankful for. At the age of 16 I gave my life to Christ after a particular sermon had been spoken and God opened my eyes to what being a Christian was all about. The sermon was talking about marriage and that our relationship with God should be lived out like a marriage. I went up for prayer and experienced the Holy Spirit for my first time and haven’t looked back.

I am not going to lie, I have had my issues but the friendships and support network that being part of a church provides has played a significant role in my life.

Life Church Wigston has been my spiritual home for many years now and we have been to made feel very welcome and already feel part of this great community of Christian believers.

I am excited to see where God uses me and my family in and around our local community.
